Sponge roll with jam.
Separate the yolks from the whites, whisk with sugar, gradually add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and finally whipped solid snow from the whites. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and bake in a heated oven briefly at 180 C. Roll up the hot roll with a wet cloth, let it cool, unwind, cover with jam and roll again. Let it harden and sugar with sugar before slicing.
