Chicken breast with cheese.
The chicken breasts are tapped into thin slices, which we salt and season. The breadcrumbs are mixed with cheese, salt, oregano and parsley. Wrap chicken breasts in eggs and breadcrumbs. Place on a sheet lined with foil. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C. After baking. remove, turn the meat over with tomato puree and sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven again for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
