The classic and easy to make Indonesian fried rice, nasi goreng, a dish that everyone likes.
Make it easy and adapt to your taste:
1 - Wok + Oil
2 - Chicken, shallots, garlic and chilli
3 - White sticky rice (better if cooked 1 day before) + mix it well
4 - Salt and black pepper to taste
5 - Sweet soya sauce (Javanese taste)
6 - Some green leaves (cilantro, parsley or spring onions)
7 - Serve with tomato and cucumber.
You can change the chicken for shrimps, turkey, egg, tofu or whatever you want.
