Follow our bus build in Australia @czechausout The seat belts proved to be one of the harder parts of the stripping out process. As they need a decent anchor point, they were all bolted into the chassis and secured from under the bus. This meant one of us had to climb under the bus and secure the nut while the other loosened from above. To make things worse, about 80% of them were rusted and couldn’t be loosened. After hours and hours of trying to force them free, we decided to bite the bullet and grind the bolts off.
