My favorite kind of layers on our little planet ? Lake Pukaki was one of those places where we arrived late in the evening, into a dark freecamp, unaware of where we really are and it was so cold I didn’t even want to leave the van to use the toilet.
In the morning we woke up to this, only a short walk from where we were sleeping. We just sat there for most of the day, absorbing the fragile beauty and in that moment, even my mom acknowledged the perks of this hippie vanlife. ✌?
