Vanilla Raspberry Protein Cupcake with Protein Cream ? ___________________________________ Ingredients: 100g almond flour 50g ground oats 1 tablespoon baking powder 40g of @myproteinuk Vanilla-Raspberry protein powder 1 egg 1 banana 1 small apple 1/2 cup of coconut milk 2 tablespoon of chai latte powder Instruction: Dry ingredients mix together. Banana and apple blend until smooth. Coconut milk mix with chai latte powder and put into microwave for 1 min. Than mix everything together. Don't be afraid if mixture will be thin. Bake 200 °C/15-20min. Mixture is for 10 muffins. Protein cream: 250g fat free quark mix with 1 scoop of @myproteinuk Blueberry protein powder. For thick texture freeze for few minutes.
