I'm a huge Aperol fan so was very curious to see how this would work out. And I have to say - it tastes AMAZING. The cocktail is nicely bitter thanks to Aperol but the Whisky taste just adds some extra magic to it. I had to make this cocktail twice in a row because it was just too good and I think it will be my go-to cocktail for these Autumn nights.
Recipe is super simple, here it is:
25ml @jurawhisky aged 10 years
1 small can of Indian Tonic Water
Plenty of ice cubes
Garbish - wheel of fresh orange
FIll a Copa glass with ice, pour over the Jura Whisky, add the Aperol, top up with tonic water, mix well to combine and garnish with orange wheel.
