This #buckwheat #salad will steal your heart❣️. Method: Cook the buckwheat first. Rinse it with water. Than cook 1 part of buckwheat : 1.5 part of water. After you bring it to boil, cook it for 3mins and than turn it of, leave it to sit for 15 minutes. Fry handful of spring onions, carrot and leek in the pan on the olive oil, don't over do it, the crispier it stays, the better. Add 3 cloves of garlic (chopped), tsp of paprika, tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, pinch of cayenne pepper and season it with salt. Mix well together with buckwheat. Privedte k varu a po 3 minutách vypnete a nechte odpočívat 15 minut. Na pánvi si lehce oprazte hrst jarních cibulek, mrkve a porku. Čím krupavejsi zelenina zůstane, tím lip. Přidejte 3 nasekané stroužky česneku, lžičku papriky a rimskeho kminu. 1/2 lžičky skořice, trochu kajenskeho pepře a osolte. Vse dobre promíchejte i s uvarenou pohankou.
