Cesnakove zelene fazulky s beluga sosovicou a chrumkavymi sampinonmi. Recept: 400g zelenych fazuliek, 300-400g sampinonov, uvarena beluga sosovica (cca 2 hrste), cesnak (8-10 strucikov), sojova omacka, olivovy olej, cerstvo zomlete cierne korenie Fazulky ocistime, predvarime do polomakka. Sampinony ocistime, pokrajame na stvrtiny a prudko restujeme na oleji, aby zostali chrumkave. V hlbokej panvici zohrejeme olej, spenime pretlaceny cesnak, ked rozvonia (neopekame dlho, zhorkol by) prihodime fazulky a chvilku miesame a restujeme. Pridame sojovu omacku (cca 3 PL), premiesame, supneme tam huby a sosovicu. Podla chuti pridame sojovu omacku. Solit uz zvycajne netreba. Podavame so stratenym vajickom a zemiakovou kasou Alebo ako prilohu k masu.
