Bryndzové halušky - dumplings with sheep cheese. It is nearly impossible to find tasty bryndzove halusky in Czech Republic and I am very lucky to have Salt’n’Pepa restaurant so close to my place. Salt’n’Pepa Kitchen is restaurant located at Letna which belongs to Slovak owners which is a good presupposition to make traditional bryndzove halusky :). I adore their bryndzove halusky because they awake my childhood nostalgia as they taste similair to my mums recipe. Overall experience 8/10. ???
