- 1 cup non dairy milk - I just have in my fridge unsweetened roasted almond from Alpro
- 1cup of water
- healthy toppings of your choice ???
- I do not use sugar or other sweeteners, fruit have enough sugar for me, but maybe coconut sugar could be great option
