The bowl full of happiness and antioxidants for breakfast ? hope you stayed healthy this Christmas ?? - 1 cup Quinoa & Flax seeds hot cereal from Hodgson Mill - 1 cup non dairy milk - I just have in my fridge unsweetened roasted almond from Alpro - 1cup of water - healthy toppings of your choice ??? - I do not use sugar or other sweeteners, fruit have enough sugar for me, but maybe coconut sugar could be great option
