Ultrarychlovka ? Chlebove placky “piadine” s tuniakom, spenatom a fazulou. Recept: chlebove placky (kaufland, lidl), tuniak vo vlastnej stave (2 velke konzervy), cerstvy spenat 250g, fazula bonduelle vapeur, cibula, cesnak, mck, olivovy olej, mozarella; Na oleji spenime cibulku na kocky, pridame cesnak, spenat, nechame zavadnut. Pridame tuniaka, fazulu, prehrejeme, osolime, okorenime. Placku polozime na zohriatu panvicu, naplnime naplnou, rozlozime mozarellu, prikryjeme druhou plackou a zatazime nizsim hrncom. Ked sa na dolnej placke urobia tmave pluzgieriky, otocime (opatrne, napln ma tendecie vypadavat;-)
