Brownie s arašidovym kremom a karamelovým čipsom ?❤
Ingredients
brownie:
200g chocolate
170g melted butter
170g sugar
2 eggs
vanilla flavour (optional)
95g all-purpose flour
35g cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
Tip: add more chocolate chunks to the butter for extra chocolatey flavour ❤
PB frosting:
1 stick cream cheese (250g)-mascarpone,ricotta,philadelphia
150g peanut butter
150g powdered sugar
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
1.Chop the chocolate into chunks.
2.Mix the butter and the sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla until the mixture has become fluffy.
3.Whisk in the reserved melted chocolate.
4.Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
5.Mix the dry ingredients with wet, being careful not to overmix as this will cause the brownies to be more cake-like in texture.
6. Fold into a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like your brownies, then cool completely.
7. Mix all the ingredients for the frosting together. Let it in fridge for at least half an hour.
8. Decorate brownies with the frosting,caramel sauce, candied peanuts,...
9. The chips was made from leftover puff pastry covered in caramel. ?❤
